The job
Job duties include general greenhouse labor such as watering, weeding, and pruning flowers and plants; loading and unloading plants, materials, and equipment. Lifting required up to 20 lbs.
Skill Level 1 Application.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances including refrigerator, cooking accessories, and sinks with hot and cold water for dishwashing, for workers to prepare their own meals. Employer will provide transportation, at no cost to the workers, to local grocery store on a weekly basis for workers to purchase groceries, supplies, and run other errands as needed.
Transport: The employer agrees to pay in advance for reasonable costs incurred travelling by van or bus, & for daily subsistence (no less than $16.78/day, & no more than $68/day with receipts), from the place the worker came to the place of employment.
If the worker completes the work contract period, employer agrees to pay the bus or van fare and daily subsistence for the worker to return from the place of employment to the place from which the worker came to work for the employer.
